We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
- Lead and supervise front desk staff, providing training and support to enhance guest services.
- Manage guest relations, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate night audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Implement hotel policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
- Collaborate with human resources for staffing needs, including recruitment and training.
- Monitor hotel performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the hotel premises.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations, including phone systems and night audit processes.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for guest interactions.
- Experience in managing human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
