As a Guest Services Agent at HVC, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where everyone is connected by care and inclusivity.
Shift: SEASONAL - Part Time; 1st/2nd; must be available to work weekends and holidays.

As a Guest Services Agent, a typical day will include:
Checks Owners/guests into their villas for their stay, and reviews property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local areas of interest and activities.
Identifies and explains room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, ice and vending areas, etc.)
Guest Experience and Company Standards
To Become a Guest Services Agent at HVC:
Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
