Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for new customers.
- Assist servers by refilling drinks and providing additional support as needed during service.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including floors, tables, and condiment stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of catering events when required.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
