Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our clients ponds/ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance tasks and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
-Identify and resolve maintenance issues accurately.
-Clean ponds that may have a lot of debris
-Know how to use a pressure washer
-Perform plumbing repairs
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with residents or team members.
- Being accountable for your tools needed, making sure you take all of your equipment when leaving a clients house clean after a job
Experience:
- Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities within a team setting.
- Proficient in English communication for effective interaction with stakeholders.
