About the Role
ThePayWays is seeking driven and results-oriented Business Development Managers to join our team across multiple states in the USA. The role involves meeting business owners, generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term relationships. We are particularly looking for professionals with experience in POS (Point-of-Sale) sales, merchant services, or payment processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Present and promote ThePayWays’ services to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven POS sales, B2B sales, or corporate sales experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with a professional, client-focused approach.
- Preferred: Experience in merchant services or payment processing industry.
