What You’ll Do
As the Wedding Planner / Event Sales Associate, you’ll blend sales strategy with event expertise — guiding clients from first inquiry through their big day.
Sales & Business Development
- Proactively generate leads and follow up with inquiries to drive bookings
- Present Largo Resort’s venues and services with confidence and charm
- Develop tailored proposals, close contracts, and meet or exceed sales targets
Client Service & Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for couples and event clients
- Build trust through thoughtful communication and polished professionalism
- Provide expert recommendations on layouts, vendors, and timelines
Event Support & Coordination
- Assist with planning details and collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Oversee event-day logistics to guarantee an exceptional guest experience
Administration & Reporting
- Manage CRM data, track leads, and support leadership with regular updates and insights
What You Bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in hospitality or event sales, ideally in weddings or luxury venues
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and closing contracts
- Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-through
- Tech confidence (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- A polished, warm, and professional presence that inspires trust and confidence
