Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus confidently, providing detailed descriptions of food and beverage options.
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, demonstrating beverage service expertise.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and beverage stations.
- Process cash and credit card payments accurately while managing cash handling responsibilities responsibly.
- Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure seamless service flow.
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently.
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation enhances your ability to serve confidently.
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately; wine knowledge and spirits experience are advantageous.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
