We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Jet Ski Tour Guide to lead exciting water adventures for our guests. As a Jet Ski Tour Guide, you will be responsible for providing a safe and enjoyable experience while showcasing the beauty of our waterways. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer service.
Duties
- Conduct guided jet ski tours, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants
- Provide thorough safety briefings and instructions before each tour
- Share interesting facts and insights about the local environment and attractions during tours
- Assist guests with jet ski operation and ensure they are comfortable before heading out
- Maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere throughout the tour
- Monitor weather conditions and make real-time decisions to ensure guest safety
- Handle any customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care
- Keep equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage groups of people
- Excellent public speaking skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a memorable experience for all guests
- Time management abilities to keep tours on schedule while accommodating guest needs
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in teaching or guiding is preferred, especially in outdoor or recreational settings
- A valid driver's license and familiarity with watercraft operation is required
