Duties:
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to every client, ensuring a welcoming and memorable shopping experience.
- Develop a strong understanding of the brand’s products to offer informed recommendations and styling assistance.
- Maintain a polished and professional presence that reflects the standards of a luxury retail environment.
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and restocking merchandise.
- Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash register operations.
- Uphold boutique presentation standards, keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Follow all policies and procedures to ensure a safe and professional work environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and create personalized shopping experiences.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling sales transactions accurately.
- Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in luxury retail and/or hospitality is a plus.
- Familiarity with local clientele and market trends preferred.
Additional Details:
- Store hours: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Starting pay: $17.00 per hour
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- The boutique is located within a community that observes a dress code; employees are expected to maintain a professional and appropriate appearance at all times.
