Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure that all amenities are replenished and that rooms are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies.
- Assist in laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and available for use.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while interacting with guests and team members.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- English or Spanish is required
