Profile Overview:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking men team members for event setup and breakdown for corporate events, races, fairs, and large-scale productions. The ideal candidate understands that the event industry requires schedule flexibility and strict deadline compliance.
- Complete schedule flexibility (must be available for daytime, nighttime, weekends, and overtime as needed)
- Physically capable of lifting and working outdoors
- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications (Plus):
- Valid Florida Driver’s License
- Previous experience in tents, flooring, staging, barricades, lighting, or temporary structures
- Experience operating forklifts or power tools
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Tent installation is physically demanding, detail-oriented work that requires teamwork, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
The job includes loading and unloading trucks with heavy equipment such as tent frames, poles, tops, weights, flooring, and tools. Crew members must be able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work efficiently to prepare materials before arriving on site.
Installations often take place outdoors in Miami’s heat, humidity, sun, and sometimes rain. Team members must be prepared to work long hours under direct sunlight and in changing weather conditions. Staying hydrated, alert, and safety-conscious at all times is essential.
On site, the work involves:
- Measuring and marking layouts accurately
- Assembling large aluminum tent structures
- Securing tents with stakes or concrete weights
- Installing sidewalls, lighting, flooring, and accessories
- Following safety protocols and supervisor instructions
This role requires punctuality, physical endurance, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team under time pressure. Events cannot be delayed, so efficiency and accountability are critical.
This is not light warehouse work — it is hands-on, construction-style labor that requires strength, focus, and reliability.
