Duties
- Safely operate flatbed hotshot 40’ with manual transmission across designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Able to drive a 40’ flatbed hotshot properly
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to verify safety features, fuel levels, and overall condition before each shift
- Deliver products directly to customers or business locations, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout the process
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery receipts for record-keeping purposes
- Assist with warehouse tasks including moving inventory, organizing shipments, and preparing loads for dispatch
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any route or logistical issues promptly
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a focus on flatbed hotshot operations
- Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions during deliveries
- Familiarity with warehouse environments, including loading/unloading procedures and equipment operations
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving commercial vehicles with manual transmission preferred
- Ability to lift heavy loads repeatedly and perform physical tasks related to moving freight efficiently
- Knowledge of route planning and driving safety protocols for heavy vehicles
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond professionally to customer inquiries

Pay: $2,173.85 - $2,617.97 per week
