Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Director to join our team at MACtown Inc. This leadership role is pivotal in overseeing clinical operations and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of care. The Clinical Director will play a crucial role in advancing our mission and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with the Med-Waiver program.
- Work with our clients in the Intensive Behavior Homes
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Manage clinical staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans for clients.
- Monitor quality assurance measures and implement improvements as necessary.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Nursing).
- Certified as a BCBA-Level 1.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $82,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
