Upholsterer – $20–$25/hr – Full Time
We are hiring an experienced Upholsterer for a full-time position in a professional fabrication shop. This role is hands-on and suited for someone who understands upholstery construction, not just sewing.
This is steady, year-round employment — not seasonal or project-based.
Pay & Schedule
- $20–$25 per hour, based on experience

- Guaranteed 40+ hours

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and upholstering cushions, seats, and panels
- Cutting and shaping foam
- Sewing and assembling upholstery components
- Installing covers on frames and substrates
- Working with vinyl, marine vinyl, and upholstery fabrics
- Maintaining quality and consistency across jobs
What We’re Looking For
- Upholstery experience required
- Comfortable with foam work, sewing, and assembly
- Experience using industrial walking-foot machines
- Strong attention to detail and finish quality
- Reliable, punctual, and quality-focused
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Marine upholstery experience
- Patterning or templating experience
- Experience with complex or custom upholstery work
- Experience working from templates or digital patterns
