We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR system
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions
Qualifications:
- Active Florida SLPA License (Required)
- Experience in pediatrics preferred (but not required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong teamwork skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented
- Passionate about patient progress and family-centered care
