Sebring | Full-Time | $85,000 – $150,000+ (Base + Commission)

What You’ll Do
- Outside Sales
- Build and maintain a portfolio of commercial landscapers and construction customers
- Promote the full dealership – equipment, rentals, service, and parts
- Sell top products: Compact Construction Equipment (skid steers, track loaders, excavators and loaders), and attachments
- Develop sales plans and set/achieve aggressive goals with your Sales Manager
- Build relationships, generate leads, and manage all customer touchpoints in Salesforce
- Deliver post-sale excellence: from quoting to financing to on-site walkarounds
- Attend training, tradeshows, customer events, and weekend coverage as required
- Operate with integrity, stay solution-focused, and always work toward “yes”
What You’ll Need
- Self-motivated with a competitive edge and customer-first mindset
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to understand and sell technical equipment applications
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Spanish language skills a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs.
