Job Title: Linens Coordinator – Vacation Rentals

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday (typically 8:30 AM–4:30PM)
Additional Days: Flexibility on schedule changes with advance notice according to the vacation rental calendar and business needs.
Compensation: $20.00 to start with an increase to $22.00 after 90 days employment. $500 signing bonus after 90 days of employment.

Job Summary
We are a well-established vacation rental management company seeking a reliable and highly organized Linens Coordinator to support our Laundry Manager.
You will manage the efficient flow of premium linens (sheets, towels, and duvets) across our portfolio of vacation properties. An industrial laundry service handles all washing — your role focuses on receiving, organizing, inspecting, and delivering clean linens, while coordinating pickups of dirty linens.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, sort, and organize incoming clean linens
- Prepare and pack linens for timely delivery to vacation rental properties
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries using a company vehicle
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel, email, iPad, and computer systems
- Communicate effectively with our Guest Services Coordinators and housekeeping vendors
- Keep the linens storage and staging area clean and well-organized
Requirements
- Clean driver’s license and comfort driving a full size cargo van
- Basic computer proficiency (email, Excel spreadsheets, iPad, printer)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and move linen bundles up to 50 pounds
