KTJ Krug LLC engages Florida-licensed attorneys on a per-matter basis to review and file post-sale disbursement motions with county clerks and courts. Our team prepares the filing packet; you provide licensed review, a brief client call, remote online notarization (RON), and submission.
The role:
- Review-and-sign model: we assemble the packet; you review, sign, and file
- Compensation: a flat professional fee of $150 to $300 per filing (the listed hourly range reflects the typical effective rate for the review-and-file work)
- Non-exclusive: keep your own practice
- Remote; volume scales from a few to 20 to 50+ filings per month
Requirements:
- Active Florida Bar license, 3+ years, no disciplinary history
- Errors and omissions (E&O) coverage, $1M minimum
- Comfortable with remote online notarization (RON)
- 24 to 48 hour turnaround on packet review
