Job Summary
CBT Technology Institute is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead academic programs at the campus level. This role is responsible for overseeing instructional quality, faculty performance, curriculum alignment, student success initiatives, and compliance standards. The Program Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring programs are aligned with industry needs while driving student retention, engagement, and career readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise faculty, including coaching, performance management, and professional development
- Ensure instructional quality through classroom observations, curriculum oversight, and LMS (Canvas) standards
- Drive student success initiatives including retention, advising, and early intervention strategies
- Oversee curriculum alignment with accreditation requirements and industry standards
- Monitor student learning outcomes, program performance, and credential attainment
- Manage laboratory operations, equipment, and instructional resources
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and community stakeholders
- Support faculty recruitment, onboarding, and development
- Ensure compliance with accreditation, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of industry experience and 3+ years in teaching or training
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
- Experience in higher education, career training, or workforce development preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (Canvas preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
