Job description:

A SMALL LAW FIRM LOCATED ON MARCO ISLAND WITH FLORIDA LAW EXPERIENCE. LITIGATION AND ESTATE PLANNING EXPERIENCE A PLUS. WE ARE SEEKING A TEAM PLAYER THAT WILL COMPLIMENT OUR OFFICE TEAM.

Local applicants and candidates living in or near Marco Island, Naples, Bonita Springs, East Naples, and surrounding Southwest Florida communities are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

. Preparation of legal documents and communications

. Court Filings

. Coordinate the drafting, review, proofreading and preparation of documents for Attorney review.

. Confidential Administrative duties include, but are not limited to correspondence, agreements, consents, notices, letters of direction, probate & trust administration support, practice management

. Legal research

. File and document management, maintain physical and electronic files.

. Ensure compliance with court filing requirements and deadlines

Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification

Experience working within a law office, litigation experience helpful

Excellent communication skills & presence. Ability to develop relationships with internal and external colleagues

High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to independently manage workflow and priorities
