Sloppy Joe’s Bar is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate. This is a full time position. Hours are 7am - 3pm and days may vary. Must have computer experience and ability to learn quickly. Retail and warehouse experience are a plus along with computer and inventory knowledge. Order fulfillment functions include pulling orders, packing, shipping online orders, and customer service via phone. Warehouse functions include restocking retail store, inventory, receiving, unpacking, checking, and storing merchandise and materials. All applicants must be over the age of 21 and currently live in the area.
Our ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, work well with others, be self-driven, able to work independently and prioritize tasks. We are happy to train the right candidate for this position so warehouse experience is not required but preferred.
Duties:
· Fulfillment of on-line and phone orders within daily deadline
· Ship orders using SendPro or UPS
· Perform email and phone customer service related to online and phone orders
· Restock retail store
· monthly inventory
· Receiving merchandise, unpacking, folding and storing merchandise and materials
· Quality control
· Proactively identify problems and independently resolve issue or seek assistance from manager
· Excellent time management and prioritization skills to manage daily priorities
