DHR Mechanical Services provides commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and BAS services throughout the South East United States.

We are presently recruiting long term associates to become part of the continued growth and success of our company in the Tampa Bay area.

We are looking for qualified Supermarket Refrigeration and Commercial HVAC technicians.

Responsibilities and Duties

Respond, diagnose, and repair Refrigeration, HVAC and BAS equipment in the commercial HVAC tenant industries as is common in the service trade
Respond, diagnose, and repair refrigeration, HVAC and EMS equipment in the supermarket, cold storage, and convenient store industries as is common in the service trade.
Stand an on-call schedule
Drive long distances (10 miles to 60 miles) to assigned service repairs
Assist with equipment startups
Night work when assigned. (15%)
Overnight out of town when assigned. (10%)

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years refrigeration and EMS experience.
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years commercial HVAC experience.
Must have a working knowledge of refrigeration and cold storage DX systems.
Must be good with problem solving without direct supervision.
Must have high level of IPC skills.
Must have a high efficiency in trouble shooting and repairing electrical problems in relation to refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
Must be able to read and understand schematics.
Must have a working knowledge of EMS components and operations.
Must have own hand tools, gauges and meters. Other major tools are company provided. Must be responsible and professional operating a marked company vehicle.
Must be able to work on call as is common in this industry
Clean driver’s license required
