Kirby Bates Associates, a national healthcare leadership firm, has an engagement opportunity for an Interim Executive Medical Director (Physician) In Florida. This facility is a state owned 613 bed institution. The Medical Director will report to the System CEO / Chief Hospital Administrator and supervises primary care, psychology, psychiatry, and subspecialties as needed.
Requirements:
- MD or DO.
- 2 years of experience in a Medical Director role in a Behavioral Health Facility.
- Experience with Behavioral Health or Forensic patients.
- Experience developing medical staff leaders and structure.
- Experience with clinical quality metrics and process improvement.
