Skills / Qualifications:
· High School degree or equivalent
· Computer Skills
· Strong organization and time management skills
· Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Candidates should be creative, highly motivated, and able to thrive under pressure
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to function in a fast-paced independent environment
Responsibilities:
· Perform data entry for all new DUI, SSS, and IID intakes into the system.
· Taking and posting payments from clients.
· Handling and rerouting incoming phone calls.
· Assist with DRI Tests and driver history records as needed.
· Assist in the virtual file management process using Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
· Assist with the DUI Records Quality Assurance plan.
· Mail out letters, certificates, and paperwork.
· Maintain office supplies including ordering and stocking.
· Balance money with receipts and maintain petty cash.
· Provide prescreening & registration for SSS clients.
· Monitor treatment compliance/report completions or failures.
· Miscellaneous duties as determined by Program Manager or Clinical Supervisor.
