The Key West Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden is a non-profit organization in Key West, FL, focused on an environmental mission. We are engaging, fun, and creative.
We seek a full-time Executive Assistant to work hand-in-hand with our Executive Director. This is an opportunity to combine your support of our local environment with administrative, data entry, and daily operational skills!
As you assist the Executive Director with daily tasks and operations, you will manage general office duties and correspondence. Data entry includes Donor Perfect database and Quickbooks. Daily operations include general oversight as you promote positive customer relations for our Garden. You will also actively participate in our events and fundraisers (including committee planning meetings as needed).
Experience with and proven computer literacy are necessary. Organizational and effective communication skills are needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
