Position Overview:
We are seeking a Software Trainer to join our team and play a key role in delivering training for our flagship property management application. The ideal candidate will have a combination of software training, IT support experience, or be someone who has a strong aptitude for technology. Accounting or financial experience is a plus but not required. If you are someone with a positive outlook, who can juggle multiple responsibilities, and loves problem-solving, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive training on our property management software to clients and new users.
- Assist the help desk with support issues as needed.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) testing on our application to ensure functionality and performance.
- Report to the Director of Client Services on various projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in software training, IT support, or relevant experience.
- Strong aptitude for learning new software applications.
- Accounting or financial experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Reside in Florida (required).
- Open to possible worldwide travel.
