LendingHouse takes on additional responsibilities from the wholesale lenders which allows us to pay our Loan Officers 250 Basis Point Compensation while keeping rates low.

Team Building & Career Growth
As a growing company we are always looking for experienced Loan Officers who want to take their careers to the next level and become a Team Lead. Operating a team allows you to create your own team identity, logo, apparel, website and marketing. Once you have developed new members into Sr. Loan Officers you will continue to receive revenue share on all their closings even if they are no longer apart of your team. Successful Team Leads who want to continue their career growth have the option to transition to a branch manger and earn up to 5% in revenue for each branch location.
Requirements:
- Consistently self-sourcing $500K+ per month in originations
- High-School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Mortgage Loan Originator license with NMLS
