SUMMARY
The ORCF Seasonal Assistant provides seasonal support to the Ocean Reef Community Foundation (ORCF) from October/November through April/May of each year. The ORCF Seasonal Assistant will be responsible for assembling meeting packet materials.

SPECIFIC DUTIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
- Prints/assembles meeting packet materials for all Board and Committee meetings.
- Prints/assembles materials for information packets for all Non-Profit Site Visits.
- Prints/assembles Donor Advised Fund information packet materials.
- Assists with typing/formatting of meeting material documents.
- Processes donation receipts, including mailing, making copies and resulting filing within Foundant C-Suite Software Customer and GLM Grants Management Systems.
- Helps maintain donor profile information and online files (updating information and scanning/posting of documents to the system profiles, etc.) within Foundant C-Suite Software Customer and GLM Grants Management Systems.
- Helps with routine tasks in the online grants process (such as performing an automated “charity check” on a batch of applications or pulling and formatting existing reports) within Foundant C-Suite Software Customer and GLM Grants Management Systems.
- Handles routine mailings of supplied bill/grant payments with coordinating automated letters, including making copies and resulting filing within Foundant C-Suite Software Customer and GLM Grants Management Systems.
- Occasionally helps at events, such as volunteer projects, presentations and celebrations.
- Performs a variety of clerical duties, including filing, copying, organizing, and mailings.
- Perform additional duties as deemed necessary

- Ability to read, write, and speak English and to communicate effectively.
- Ability to use a calculator with reasonable speed and accuracy.
- Ability to sit in one place for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry a 20-pound box.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: One year’sexperience preferred, but not required.
Licenses, Certificates, or Other: Required to sign a confidentiality statement related to access to private donor/member information.
Any combination of the above education and experience sufficient to perform the essential duties of the Part-Time Seasonal Assistant position will be considered.
Part-time schedule consists of 1-2 days/8-10 hours per week.
