Hy-Tech Solutions, Inc. provides installation and monitoring of residential and commercial Alarm Systems, CCTV Systems, Network IP Cameras, Access Control, Audio/Video Systems, and Home Automation throughout Key West and the Florida Keys.
We are actively seeking a seasoned Low Voltage Working Foreman with robust experience in airport construction projects to lead our installation team at an airport construction site. This key position focuses on the setup and integration of advanced access control, CCTV, security, and fire alarm systems, ensuring they meet the rigorous standards required for airport safety and security.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the installation of low voltage systems including access control, CCTV, security, and fire alarm systems tailored to airport environments.
- Manage a skilled team of technicians, ensuring all installations are completed on schedule and comply with industry standards and airport security regulations.
- Collaborate with other project leaders and managers to ensure a holistic approach to the airport's security and safety infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, maintain detailed project documentation, and ensure continuous compliance with all safety regulations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record as a Low Voltage Working Foreman, specifically with projects in airport settings.
- In-depth knowledge of and hands-on experience with access control, CCTV, security, and fire alarm systems.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams in complex environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, with a commitment to high standards of work.
- Relevant certifications in low voltage systems, security, or fire alarm technology preferred.
