The perfect candidate enjoys and thrives in an environment that is fast paced and structured. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Keep a clean and organized work space while accomplishing a large production list in an allotted time frame.
You will be trained and expected to:
- follow all of our recipes to perfection
- build a prep list daily and execute within our time frame
- accept, check in and put away food deliveries
- follow checklists of daily opening and closing sidework
- communicate directly to your Kitchen Manager and General Manager
- communicate dessert pars and production to and assist the Line Chefs
- properly lift and unload heavy food product (up to 50lbs)
- able to stand up to 9hrs per day
- expected to have a positive attitude and impeccable work ethic every day
This is a wonderful opportunity for the motivated baker.
Hours are afternoon into evening hours as we are a nighttime concept.
Part Time 15-21 hours a week. With the possibility of more hours in the future.
Must be available Wednesday through Sunday.
Competitive wage starting at $21/HR
