As we expand our market presence, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Sales Supervisor to drive our sales initiatives and enhance our customer relationships.
As a Sales Supervisor, your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective sales strategies and building a robust sales structure from the ground up.
Your leadership and vision will be crucial in driving business growth and achieving our sales objectives.
What we would like from you:
- To develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the B2B segment of the tobacco industry
- To identify and pursue new potential clients, including retailers, and other potential clients
- To drive sales growth and revenue generation through effective negotiation and sales techniques
- To monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for business development
- To provide regular reports and updates on sales performance to management
What we need from you:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales in the cigar industry
- Must be fluent in English, bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals
- A reliable means of transportation, and a willingness to travel for industry events and to meet clients within your territory
