You will be responsible for assisting clients through the mortgage process, learning the ins and outs of loan origination, and building relationships with customers and referral partners.
Duties
- Learn and understand the mortgage products and services offered by the company.
- Assist clients with the mortgage application process, providing guidance and ensuring a smooth experience.
- Build relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral partners.
- Review and verify loan applications, financial documents, and credit reports.
- Educate borrowers on loan products, rates, and terms.
- Maintain strong communication throughout the loan process, keeping clients informed and updated.
- Meet sales and production goals set by the company.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and follow up on loan status to ensure timely processing and closing.
Requirements
- No prior experience necessary – we will provide full training!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
