Requirements:
- Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs skills
- Cost Management knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Budgeting skills and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other estimating software is a plus
- Experience in Electrical estimating and proficient NEC knowledge
- Journeymen's License required
- Ability to read and understand complex construction plans and specifications
- Experience in Residential and Commercial Electrical.
- Bilingual
Responsibilities:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Estimator/Project Manager. The Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate and timely construction estimates for commercial and residential building projects. Estimator will also assist over seeing service crew and scheduling along with preforming inspections. The Estimator will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to develop estimates that consider all aspects of the project, including materials, labor, equipment, and other associated costs. Our hours are mostly Monday - Friday from 7-4, some weekend work maybe required for outages.
