The Hyatt Centric Key West is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to join our amazing team. The Hyatt Centric is centrally located within Old Town and a short stroll to the lively Duval Street.
The Assistant Front Office Manager will have oversight of the Front Office staff, cash control for agents, staffing needs, and guest services. Additional responsibilities will include training, staff development and scheduling. The Assistant Front Office Manager will promote an atmosphere that insures customer and colleague satisfaction. This position reports directly to the Front Office Manager and requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively deal with guests, other departments, and team members.
