We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office.
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services offered.
- Perform data entry tasks, including maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks and other office management software.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring that all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall office operations as needed.
Skills
