Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting process with professionalism and care.
- Conduct detailed market research to assess property values and stay informed of trends.
- Manage property listings, showcasing available properties to buyers or renters.
- Negotiate sales or lease agreements, ensuring the best outcomes for all parties.
- Coordinate inspections and appraisals while providing consistent support throughout the transaction process.
- Collaborate with a team of industry professionals, including lenders, attorneys, and inspectors, to deliver seamless client experiences.
Qualifications:
- Valid real estate license
- Experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A team-player mindset, with a desire to learn and implement best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
