We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Property Manager with expertise in HOA management to join our team!
This position will involve overseeing the management and operations of a diverse portfolio of residential properties while also managing multiple HOA boards. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in property management, a deep understanding of HOA governance, and a passion for providing outstanding service to residents.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and operations of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring financial targets are met, resident satisfaction is high, and properties are well-maintained.
- Develop and implement property management strategies aimed at maximizing property value, controlling expenses, and driving revenue growth.
- Manage and support HOA boards, ensuring communities adhere to their governing documents, addressing resident concerns, and fostering positive relationships within each community.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between HOA boards, residents, and vendors, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
- Organize and facilitate HOA meetings, providing clear and transparent communication to board members and residents.
- Ensure timely rent collection, lease enforcement, and prompt resolution of resident issues and requests.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and areas for improvement.
- Supervise and support on-site property managers and leasing teams, providing guidance, training, and leadership to ensure successful property operations.
- Review financial statements, budgets, and performance reports for both properties and HOAs, identifying opportunities for cost savings or enhancements.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects to maintain the quality and integrity of all properties.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management and HOA governance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve both property management and HOA management operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management and HOA management, with a strong background in overseeing residential properties.
- Knowledge and experience with YARDI preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve financial objectives and improve property and community performance.
- Strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws and HOA regulations.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and HOA responsibilities simultaneously, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) License
