We are looking to build out our sales support recruiting team and looking for likeminded individuals seeking a new challenge. This is a unique, almost hybrid opportunity where one acts as recruiter and the hiring manager; sourcing, interviewing, and offering with full hiring authority.
It’s a unique opportunity for someone who has worked in sales or recruiting to build out their hiring and selection skills while helping build a team and be compensated for the success of every new representative they bring to the organization.
While most of the industry is 1099 independent contracting, anyone selected to join Momentum Solar is as full-time W2 employee with base pay, paid training, and rapid growth opportunities.
To be successful in this role someone needs to embrace a high-energy, high-volume workload, enjoy helping people, and be income driven.
We are looking for an individual who can effectively build rapport and identify high-caliber candidates who will be a part of our growing salesforce. You will work alongside a great team of recruiters and leaders and have the opportunity to learn, grow, and develop internally. Recruiting experience is not required but Sales-minded people are! Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and engage a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications and experience.
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit.

- Strong understanding of modern recruitment techniques, including applicant tracking systems and digital tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable.
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
