Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will work directly with clients, families, and our collaborative team to design, implement, and monitor effective behavioral programs across various settings. This is a flexible position with opportunities to work remotely, with some travel within Florida for direct client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Oversee and monitor implementation of behavioral programs, providing training and supervision for RBTs and other team members
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to promote skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and generalization of skills across settings
- Regularly review and adjust treatment plans to align with client progress and needs
- Provide ongoing support, training, and resources for families and caregivers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services, assessments, and progress reports
- Ensure all services are compliant with ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA and BACB guidelines
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in ABA with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Florida, as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in home-based, school, or clinic settings
- Knowledge of ABA software and data collection tools
- Spanish language skills are a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
