Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Classroom Teacher to join our educational team. Duties

- Assess and evaluate student progress through standardized testing and other assessment tools.
- Provide individualized support to students, including those with special educational needs.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Mentor students in their academic pursuits and personal development.
- Maintain clear communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Conduct regular proofreading of instructional materials to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and improve instructional strategies.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices.
- Experience in behavior management strategies to support diverse learners.
- Familiarity with standardized testing processes and assessment techniques.
- Ability to write clear, concise reports and documentation related to student performance.
