Your Role
- Create precise mitigation estimates using Xactimate.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to define project scopes.
- Ensure estimates are timely and accurate for fast project initiation.
- Work directly with TPAs and insurance adjusters.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Xactimate estimating experience (required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Residential construction knowledge; IICRC certification preferred.
