We are seeking a professional and reliable Bike Technician / Customer Service Representative to join our team at Island Bicycles. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and guiding guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information.
- Assist rental customers, light clerical work and safety checks, ensuring they have a positive cycling experience in Key West
- Utilize basic mechanical ability to service rentals
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing sales and returns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are readily available
- Light lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in retail math for accurate pricing, discounts, and inventory management.
- Mechanical knowledge is preferred
- Experience in retail sales or similar environments is highly desirable
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
