We’re looking for a Client Success Manager with expertise in web builds and designs, SEO, copywriting, and project management to deliver a high-quality, personable client experience.
Your Role:
As the Client Success Manager for our DFY service, you’ll manage client relationships, team coordination, and project success. Your goal is to ensure that our high-ticket clients receive exceptional service and achieve results through your team that exceed their expectations and ultimately, drive leads into their inbox.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Success:
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-ticket clients, providing clear communication, regular updates and reports.
- Manage the entire client lifecycle—from onboarding to project delivery—ensuring seamless and professional experiences.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to foster long-term client relationships.
Team Leadership & Quality Control:
- Lead a team of specialists (SEO, web design, copywriting) to execute client projects efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks on deliverables, ensuring websites designs, SEO (on-page and off-page), and copywriting meet the highest standards.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members to maintain excellence.
Project Management:
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Organize workflows using our project management tools, Monday and Slack, coordinating between clients and team members effectively.
SEO & Web Expertise:
- Leverage your knowledge of web builds, design, and SEO to guide team efforts and provide insights to clients.
- Address technical questions or concerns, ensuring client satisfaction and confidence in our services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Project Manager, or similar role, preferably with high-ticket clients.
- Strong understanding of web builds, design principles, and SEO (on-page and off-page).
- Experience with copywriting, with an eye for quality and effective messaging.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent leadership skills, capable of motivating and managing a remote team.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
