Our staffing agency is seeking a motivated and reliable Bilingual Merchandiser to support our client's retail operations in the beverage industry. This role involves managing inventory, building displays, and ensuring product placement while fostering positive relationships with key account contacts. FLEXIBILITY TO WORK WEEKENDS/FLEXIBILITY TO WORK ANY SHIFT
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock and rotate shelves, build product displays, and manage POS materials to drive store and supplier results.
- Establish strong rapport with key accounts and provide feedback on merchandising activities to the sales team.
- Develop expertise in beer, wine, and spirits brands.
- Safely interact with the public and responsibly handle beverage alcohol.
- Additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications:
- 21 years or older
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work weekends as needed
- Ability to lift 45-65 pounds
