Job Summary: The Field Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, driving sales of our wound care and biologics products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, with a focus on biologic or wound care products, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development:
- Identify and target new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and drive product adoption.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and hospital staff.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing product support.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Gather insights on competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in medical sales, with a focus on orthopedic, wound care, or biologics preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
