The ideal candidate is self-motivated and driven to achieve the overall company goals. We are looking for an experienced, sales minded, big picture person and can begin training immediately.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Organizing and supervising all the daily activities
- Hiring, training, scheduling and managing employees, maintaining correct amount of staff through various season/holidays
- Overseeing the inventory of the store and accordingly placing replenishment orders.
- Strategizing and planning the achievement of organizational goals and objectives for the store
- Recruiting staff and organizing training activities.
- Supervise and participate in the coaching of sales personnel to provide maximum sales and customer service excellence
- Planning events and promotional campaigns for boosting sales
- Evaluating and surveying the market and incorporating new ideas and plans
- Evaluating the performance and work of the subordinates.
- Delegating tasks and responsibilities to the employees of the store.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining quality and standards
- Implementing marketing and other promotional plans
- Drive traffic through local events and ideas, partnerships to bring brand awareness
- Maintaining the stores clean and attractive environment
- Supervise merchandising in a creative and attractive way
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Experience in conducting interviews and recruiting new employees
- Some financial responsibilities
Requirements-
At least 1 year, Retail store or assistant management experience
-A passion for wine, beer, good food and cooking
-Strong selling, customer service and management experience required.
-Enjoys working with customers, is sales directed and committed to excellent customer service
-Successful track record of setting and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives
-Excellent communication skills-verbal & written, problem solving, motivating and delegating skills.
-Creative and looking for a challenge to bring a vision to life
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
-Work schedule will include evenings, weekends & holidays
