Requirements:
- Previous experience in property maintenance role is preferred. But if you are handy and hard-working, we will train you for the job. Examples of work tasks include - power washing, drywall repair, painting, minor plumbing repairs, minor carpentry, fixture replacement, etc.
- Have US work authorization.
- Be drug-free, on time.
