What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert-level hair cutting, coloring, and styling services aligned with Aveda’s premium standards.
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized consultations and top-tier service.
- Mentor and inspire junior stylists while upholding a culture of excellence and creativity.
- Stay ahead of industry trends through ongoing education and advanced Aveda training.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed cosmetologist with 5+ years of professional salon experience.
- Aveda background or certification strongly preferred.
- Mastery in color, cuts, and contemporary styling techniques.
- A team-oriented attitude and natural leadership ability.
- An established clientele is a plus, but not required.
