We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager, who lives in the lower Keys, to oversee daily operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, good communication skills, and detail oriented. The Manager will be responsible for coordinating various departments, managing resources, and implementing strategic initiatives to meet company goals.
Duties
- Lead and supervise ship store team members to achieve operational objectives.
- Lease boat slips to guests and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Manage Dockominium and quarterly billings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies at all times.
- Prepare marketing information.
- Manage inventory levels of tools, parts, and supplies necessary for operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze problems quickly and develop effective solutions
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
