We are a fast-growing glass and glazing contractor based in Marco Island, Florida, seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Shower Enclosure Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing custom and framed shower enclosures, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead jobs from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Install a variety of shower enclosures (frameless, semi-frameless, and framed).
Take accurate measurements and ensure precise, clean installations.
Lead job sites and ensure quality standards and safety protocols are followed.
Communicate effectively with homeowners, contractors, and team members.
Load, unload, and transport glass and materials safely.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues quickly and professionally.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle.
Requirements
Proven experience in glass installation or shower enclosure installation.
Strong understanding of measurements, leveling, and alignment.
Ability to read shop drawings or blueprints.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Able to lift and handle large glass panels safely.
Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
